Itinerary help (traveling with kids)

Looking for some advice on my Italy Trip this summer with my wife and 3 kids. June 20 - July 3rd

Im overwhelmed with the amount of things to do and also being conscious of traveling with 3 kids under 10. Looking for advice as we are trying to maximize our time there and have the ability to have off days and just relax and sit at a park and eat gelato all day.

Here are my thoughts:

Day 1-4: Rome/Naples
Explore Rome days 1-3
Naples Day 4

Day 5-14: Florence Breaking this trip up with one travel day and one explore day

Day 5: travel day from Rome and walk around Florence
Day 6: Pisa
Day 7: Explore Florence
Day 8: Explore Bologna/Modena
Day 9: Venice
Day 10: Explore Florence
Day 11: Tuscany day trip
Day 12: Cinque Terre day trip
Day 13: Open
Day 14: leave to go home

any thoughts on this? open to adjusting where needed and would love some advice. thanks in advance!
