Is life unfair?

I’m starting to think Life is unfair. Not playing a victim card but most of my Indian friends in the US got a $10k relocation assistance, $9k per month salary job and good signing bonus. The same friends had their masters partially or fully sponsored by their parents from India. While I, an Indian international student received no funding from my parents, had to take out huge educational loans with high interest, do odd part time jobs with less money cleaning tables and sustain living and now got a job with $60k salary and no relocation and joining bonus. Is life unfair to me? Would it get better? When can I enjoy being the state of being abundant with money? Need genuine advice!
