Can you do multiple Tapjoy shopping rewards

For those who’ve done this before—if you complete a Tapjoy shopping reward, does it stay on the offer wall, or does it disappear after you get your rewards?

I’m thinking about getting some pre-workout now but would wait for a double offer if the deal won’t be gone forever. Any insights?
