Hexennacht Red Berry trifle smells medicinal to me

I’ve met them sit for a few days and it still has a very sharp medicinal note to it. I’m not sure if I should give the business another chance or if all their chefs have the same smell to them. It’s consistent throughout the entire time I wear it, the note never fades. For reference I got the edp.
