I'm stuck completely no ib school near me offer german language as a foreign language.what can I do?

I am wanting to go to german after my 11 and 12 and ib schools is the only way now to skip studienkolleg and all the ib scholls near me does not offer a german language instead they offer French or Spanish as I'm deciding to go to Germany I need to learn german and I can't learn two languages at a time . Is there any solution for me to not learn the foreign language or any other IGCSE schools? That offer german language .
