Retailers Scalping Again for RTX 5090 pfff
Day before yesterday, I received an offer for the Asus RTX 5090 from a reputable seller at ₹3,65,000, followed by another seller offering it for ₹3,50,000. Both seemed fair, as they weren’t trying to mislead customers—just early pricing that is bound to decrease over time.
However, MDComputers took things to a whole new level of shamelessness. I called them to inquire about the RTX 5090, and they quoted ₹2,54,000 + gateway fees for the Asus variant. Due to an echo on the call, I asked them to continue the conversation on WhatsApp and send a proper quote with a payment link. The representative agreed and abruptly ended the call.
Then, on WhatsApp, they suddenly claimed the price was ₹3,09,000, citing that GST wasn’t included in the initial quote.
What's funny is that even at 18% GST on 254k, it still won't cross 300k.
Absolutely brilliant tactics by MDComputers—₹2,54,000 was already an inflated price, which I had reluctantly accepted, only for them to change it at the last moment.
I have the entire call recording and screenshots of the messages as proof.

Disappointing.
I strongly discourage everyone from purchasing at this crazy price. In 2 days Price went from 365k to 309k. Just give it some more time.
