PR application

Hi, I applied for PR under the provincial nomination programme, it has been a few months and I have not heard anything, do I just wait? I tried emailing to find out which visa office is processing my application but received an automated reply saying I’m not on the list of eligible emails to send an inquiry. Can someone advise on what I should do? Thanks.
