Share of cost

no idea how it works because ihss for some reason refuses explain it to me but its been two months and i havent received any paychecks. we already talked to medical and they got rid of it, it says jan 1 2025 the cost is $0 and ive had every single paycheck since Jan 1st pulled. we keep being told we’ll get “the next paycheck” over and over and the refund checks are gonna roll out then, ive received nothing.

ive worked here 2 years and never had to deal with SOC, it just randomly started and i didn’t get a notice letter until 2 $0 paychecks later, i know my recipient personally as a family friend and they had no idea about it. they most definitely wont be able to pay me back, but medi-cal dpss and ihss keeps saying THEYLL reimburse me

this is my 4th paycheck now and im a college student with bills to pay, this is my only job right now, i dont know what to do at this point

Update: got off the phone with the most disrespectful last ever as expected tbh and she basically said they werent gonna help me, and then said i had to contact their social worker and a supervisor, then wouldnt give me contact info for either, so lucky me, allegedly the social worker is supposed to reach out within the next five days so ig ill update then
