Career Pathways Payments and Notifications (Mega-thread)

Alright folks, we have needed this for a while. This will be the one place to post about training payments, notifications or processing and paid classes.

Your post will be removed, just like paycheck posts. All CPP payment info goes here.

Classes take 2-8 weeks to process. Some are faster and some are longer.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO CALL AND ASK UNLESS IT HAS BEEN 8 WEEKS.

Please do not post "I heard on Facebook". CDSS put out an email that classes stopped due to funding. Training can still be submitted until November 15. Under the original contract all classes that are submitted will be reviewed for payment and PAYMENT WAS GUARANTEED IN OUR CONTRACT.

How are classes processed?

Example: Many folks received approved classes on September 11th. After approving those they moved on to our regular paychecks he following week. This is to see who is eligible for OT. You're NOP for classes are almost always issued AFTER the pay period. You should receive Some NOP's this week.

All if this info is directly from claims department. Remember you cannot submit incentive 1 until your 15 hours appear on the training report. (All in one category, adult, general, Cognitive or complex)

If you submitted your final 15th hour in either Cognitive or Complex in September, your one WHOLE month starts on October 1st and goes to the 31st. Submit incentive 2 on November 1.

If you post a comment that says "I got the approval yesterday" or "mine were approved last week" it will be removed. Post the dates of approvals, NOP's and paid. It HAS to have the date.
