HI3 PC Size for 7.4

Hey, guys. During the 7.3 version I downloaded the pc client for honkai and I downloaded about 16gb of the file. Now that 7.4 is here, I opened the launcher again and it's again trying to download 16gb for this version. Is this normal when updating to new version in PC? The mobile version size update is a lot smaller in size compared to PC.
