Just beat flower quest first try and now I'm slightly disappointed

I've heard people say that flower quest is super difficult and all that, but then I did it WHILE being sidetracked AND not even trying to not get hit. I felt a little confused and disappointed at how easy it ended up being. So I gotta know, is it that easy for everyone or was I just overhyped?
