Should I get Servants of Freedom or Truth Enforcers next?

For my next warbond I have Freedom's Flame, Chemical Agents, Truth Enforcers, and Servants of Freedom to choose from. I think I've narrowed it down to Servants of Freedom and Truth Enforcers, but if you want to advocate for Freedom's Flames or Chemical Agents go for it.

For Truth Seekers I think I'm most interested in the Halt and the armor, though the Reprimand also looks tasty. Servants of Freedom I'd like to try the Ultimatum, portable hellbomb, and Seeker grenades, plus the Righteous has a really good helmet. Servant of Freedom is also a great title I'd probably switch to.

So it's two primaries and an armor passive I'd like to try out versus some interesting toys and sick drip, anyone care to put a thumb on the scales?
