Mens - good casual work clothes recommendations?

Parts of this have been asked before, but male HENRYs, what is your office attire now post Covid? I've stuck with suits so far, but am planning an overhaul of my wardrobe.

Mostly I see people wearing shirts, chinos and jumpers -- what are good brands for these?

If relevant, moving from consulting to a PE PortCo. I've usually been pretty much the only person around in a suit at my job, including client meetings, for the past couple of years.
