Tried a new lunch and almost went over…
I’ve been eating the same lunch for 6 weeks and got sick of it. So I switched it up.
Low carb tortilla (I’ve done well with them for breakfast) with cheese, spinach, bell pepper, and light sour cream. Paired it with some almonds, raspberries, 4 crackers (like 5 carbs) and a little over half of a vanilla premier protein shake. 117 at 2 hours. I know I know. It’s not over, but my typical lunch that I’d been eating was 95-105 and I feel more comfortable with that number.
So 30 carbs, almost 40 protein and 25ish fat.
I’m so irritated. And let down.
Should I ditch the raspberries and crackers and maybe just up the veggies? I want to give it another go because I ate it and didn’t gag but now I’m nervous. 🫠
