Here it comes
West coast AD here a call from my supe a last week talking to me about my customer service and how we need to get it up or she’s putting me on a coaching plan. Can’t seem to ever please anyone, she says this is to help “grow us” to be better adjusters and “help the company” but I can’t help but think there’s a lot she’s leaving out and a plan with the entire company. Any advice besides look for another job? I obviously am but how long do you think until they pull the plug has anyone experienced this and then it turned out better than they thought?
