Body battery isn't charging well

Garmin Forerunner user here. Looking at my Jan 2025 data, I'm seeing sleep scores between 60-80 but my body battery stays low 20-40.

Dinner: 6-7 PM Bedtime: 9-11 PM One morning coffee (7-8:30 AM) - reduced from double to single shot. No alcohol or smoking.

I've been trying to go very light with work outs in the past 2.5 weeks (just zone 2 cardio before dinner) to see if that helps - doesn't look like it is working.

Anyone else experience this?
