7-11 Cash-in Issue

Nagpa-cash in ako today sa 7-11, and hindi pa rin pumapasok hanggang ngayon. I was told to come back after 24 hrs if wala pa rin. I’m not sure ano gagawin aside sa babalik ako sa 7-11 tomorrow. Should I report it ba? I don’t really use Gcash kasi, and ngayon na lang ulit since it’s the easiest for me right now (have prob with my online banking account huhu).

Anybody experiencing cash in error/issue ngayon?
