Sara’s voice entity

Thinking back to how Sara’s voice knew all the details about Boyd’s past and details of Fatima made me wonder if it’s like the main thing controlling everything. The voice knew about the music box and was laughing at everyone for letting it out. The voice knows about the kimono lady with Fatima and is laughing that she can’t be saved. Could it maybe be the same voice that claims it’s Thomas on the phone? That voice knew about Tabitha and the ambulance and Thomas. Then the Jim radio thing as well if that was the same voice. Whatever that voice is for all of it seems to be watching everything so is it possible it’s all the same entity?
