Will Elal check-in luggage straight thru with KLM on Self-Transfer?

Hi, I'm sure this is a basic question but couldn't find an answer anywhere or in the Wiki's. I'm a U.S. citizen and passport holder flying on March 17 from TLV to AMS on Elal (LY337) and than have a self transfer in AMS, 3 hour stopover and than I'm flying KLM to JFK (KL0641). Will Elal check-in my luggage straight to JFK? I know they have a codeshare agreement but dont know if that will play in over here. Any input will be appreciated!
