White Boardered Cards

I'm a newer player, and I was wondering about the price and value of White Bordered cards.

In general, they don't seem to have any more or less value than their black boardered alternatives. Is that true? I know they are all from HP1 and I think just in English. So it seems LSS decided to stop doing white boarders, as maybe folks wouldn't buy or trade for them?

But I wonder if that sentiment has changed and most people either feel neutral about white boarder, or maybe prefer some cards with a white boarder? Or is the general feel that Black boarder is always better?
