Methods of removing nicotine smell out of rooms

There are 2 rooms in this property that the previous homeowners used to smoke.

Of course, I can get rid of the carpet, sofas, etc.

But would i have to scrub everything down and run an ozone generator for 6+ hours to get the stink and microbes out of the floor,fan, windows, etc?

Also, i'm assuming this is fucked and I'll need to replace it?
