Facebook Marketplace threatening to close my account

Got an email from Facebook saying my listings are breaking the rules. It doesn't say what rules I'm breaking. It then says I can Appeal. I'm not even selling anything at this time. Been a seller with excellent reviews for years. I've contacted them asking for an explanation but no response. Anyone else get an email like this?
