Tried 100ish Video Ads - None Working - Please Help - Example Video Inside

I'm experienced with Meta ads, I test hundreds of creatives per month, but almost always images. I can develop a lot of image ads that scale well and cost effectively bring in high quality leads.

Video ads is another matter. I've helped develop tons, my team has developed tons, and over the last 1.5 months, we've probably tested around 100 different videos. The performance on all of them sucks, lately most of them don't even spend during testing.

Here's an example of one of our videos. We've tried a ton of concepts, this one is the most in line with our service - online yoga sessions, Live through Zoom.

Any idea why our video ads aren't working?

Some Details on our account and methodology, in case you're interested:

We spend about $400/day on testing. We target session bookings, usually costs about $25 / booking (on winning creatives). We use campaign budget optimization. We usually just add new creatives, let Meta choose where to spend. This work really well for our image ads, we can test 20-80 at a time and the 5 to 10 good ones will surface and spend, the rest are typically duds or perform worse than the winners that surface.

We've been running Meta ads for about 5 years. Usually spend like $20-$50k USD per month. Our pixel data is great, our audiences are thoroughly testing and very good.
