Do you let your FIV cats have table food?
It’s Moose’s mom again! Do you all let your FIV kitties have table food? Moose is a HUGE eater. He eats wet food for breakfast and dinner and free feeds on dry food. However, he is OBSESSED with human food and he is overcoming so much trauma and pain from being a stray that I feel horrible depriving him. Last night I had mac and cheese and he was so obsessed and I gave him just a little bit. Today I had a chicken sandwhich for lunch and he wouldn’t stop trying to get it and ripped off a huge piece of chicken and I had to pry it out of his mouth. I want him to be so happy & enjoy fun treats because he is an older FIV boy that has been through a lot & who knows how long he will live, but I don’t want to be a bad mom and make him potentially worse because I am a pushover!
