Coming back to cs2

Hey so like title says i came back to this game and i have a guestion. For now im faceit lvl3 with 6games played. I feel like this game changed to much since i didnt played for 2years. I've see so much people going for run&gun instead of aiming to head. And its more precisefull. Should i change aiming into head level for run and gun or what? Is it gonna work on higher elos?
