Should I upgrade from 5800x3d to 9800x3d?

Right now I’ve got a 3080 10gig and 5800x3d. Microcenter has a 9800x3d bundle that includes motherboard and 32gigs ram for $700. Wondering if my 3080 would be holding back the newer cpu in tarkov, I play at 1440p. Most of the information I’ve seen online use 40 series cards and they list a 40-50% performance jump.
