Any tips?

For anyone wondering this is what I provided in the recovery ticket

  • 3 emails I used (including original)
  • exact account creation date (and time)
  • 10 usernames (including current)
  • Full name of account holder
  • over a dozen invoices/fortnite crew receipts
  • Connected accounts (with exact dates)
  • iP addresses/login locations
  • Payment methods (paypal email and cards used)
  • Multiple redeemed xbox codes
  • Multiple redeemed fortnite codes which I still have from old exclusive packs and collabs
  • Provided every season I played the game and when I purchased battle passes.

And yes, I submitted the form from the PC I played on the most.

Despite all that, they rejected me. I'm 100% sure the info is correct as most of it literally comes directly from my emails from Epic which I still have saved. I would submit pics for even more clarity, but they don't allow that on the recovery form.

They didn't even refute the info I provided or told me that what I gave was "insufficient.." They just say "due to security reasons," they can't let me back into MY account. Thanks a lot, Epic support.

If anyone has any tips lmk. I submitted a BBB request a few days ago btw so we'll see how that goes. I've spent my whole winter break just getting absolutely trolled my epic. All this effort put in just to get vague, unhelpful, low effort responses which are probably all automated👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
