What are the chances of finding a technical partner that doesn't want a monthly paycheck, in the beginning?

I've been trying for months to make an app, I'm slowly learning skills on skills for it: UI designing, 3D modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, rigging, animating, marketing strategies and so on.
But I just cannot get myself to learn the coding part. It's just too hard for me.
The problem of the app is that it is not plain 2D; if it was, I could manage to do a front-end like that with a bit of trial and error. But the app ALSO has 3D components in it.
Do you believe it's possible to find a developer (able to make 3D APPS (not videogames)) who believes in the project enough to do it without a pay until the app is released, like I am?

If yes, where can you find technical partners? Can you put your trust in them to not mark zuckerberg you?
