is Elden ring gpu intensive or cpu intensive

Elden ring is fairly cheap on steam at the moment during the spring sale I was going to snatch it but im thinking if my pc will not be able to handle it or not get good fps at all just was wondering if my pc can run smoothly on it without any stutters or problems.
