PVP Events/Group

I am approximately level 150 in Elden Ring, and I was hoping to find a group that has a password specifically for PVP. Alternatively, PVP event nights sound really interesting to me, and I am curious what locations are using as their Elden Ring-equivalent location of Pontiff's PVP arena in DS3.

Any known groups, passwords, or locations where PVP is most frequent or common? Or would anyone be interested in starting a group or Discord server for PVP events? If there already is one, please let me know.
