New codex : Weak but fun?

Looking at every discords & forums about eldar and it is a "wave" of losses. Whatever is the detachment (Ynnari, Aspect Host etc...).

For the competitive scene, do you agree the new codex is probably not as good as 8 or 10 other codexs? (SM, Necrons, TS, etc...)
