A commander with lots of decision points?

I am looking for a commander that has options and synergises well with similar cards. Is there a deck with tons of decision points and choices to be make? Ideally, if it can be budget, that would be amazing but I am happy to up the budget to $150.

Whats your favourite? Could you post some deck lists? Whats the strategy?
