Looking for an unusual Commander

Hello folks!

Few weeks ago I joined a Magic group where 4 people play Commander together.

At the moment I only piloted my firends' decks, it is time to finally create one of my own.

I am a former Pioneer player and, in that format, I always enjoyed play out of meta or not known decks, so I was thinking of doing something similar for my first commander: I would love to find a rare or not so much played commander and build a deck around it. Here are my preferences:

• Out of meta or not much played Commander;
• I don't like decks that rely on a single explosive combo to win;
• Do not have a preference on colors, but a splash of green would be nice;
• Any tips is well appreciated and loved :)
