Commander Help

Hi everyone, new here!. I need some help with my first commander deck (also first deck in my mtg history). I want to build/buy a deck around 30€, but I don't wanna go with precon because I feel too "staged" and just like every other guy who bought the same precon. I was searching on mtggoldfish but nothing convinced me. Any help? Any list? Suggestions? Thanks for the help!
