Does anyone else eat food compulsively/as self-harm?

Like you're eating through a pack of something and realise that damn, yeah, you're kind of done. It isn't tasting as good, you feel kind of too full, etc etc. And you don't really feel out of control in the way a binge usually does, but you choose to keep eating until you hate yourself. I really struggle to just not finish something and put it aside for later. Anybody else have this?
