What kholes look like from the outside

When I first heard about ketamine, I heard kholes being described as a trance like state in which you're unable to move. That you go into another realm and your body basically takes a nap.

However, I've never seen a khole where the person experiencing it was totally still and silent! Every single person and every single time I've witnessed a khole, there's all kinds of weird movements and sounds. The person experiencing it has no idea about this and usually doesn't believe me. I've been asked to film a few people as they khole because they don't believe how strange they can look from the outside. They're always totally shocked to see themselves tweaking out and having no memory of it. Ofc there are some holes where the participant is very calm and sedated, but quite frequently they're a lot more active than they realize. What's your experience with this?
