Help with a reoccurring dream when I was little.

Hey all! new to this community and I want to share a reoccurring dream that ceased when I was about 9-10.

Since I could have memory, I dreamt of myself sleeping in a chair perpendicular to my mom, who was laying on the couch. all of a sudden, my “mom” jumped up from the couch, and she looked like those russian sleep experiment photos. She screamed at me, and a countdown in my head began, urging me to run to my bedroom. I can’t remember if I made it to my room, or if the countdown ended beforehand, but either way I woke up in my bed and took a bit to go back to sleep.

My family and I moved out of that house when I was about 9, and the dreams stopped then.
