How do I find V8 decoration?

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong...

I have been trying to get the V8 decoration item for a whole month now (since I got the DLC) I have the correct level with my hourglass.

I have tried everyday of the week but everyday it just say NOT HERE TODAY... so is there I special time frame? Or just awful RNG ??? I’ve got so much of others items in EI !
