Should I restart?

People of reddit ,dls gets really repetitive when you have a fully gold team ,and I don't know if it's worth trying to max everyone in the team cause that's just gonna take ages. The best part of the game is at the beginning when you're on the up ,and I feel like most people can agree with that. So my question is ,should I restart?
