Dog won't come inside

I have a problem with getting my 1.5kg dog inside. We have a secured backyard, which she cannot escape, so we just let her outside whenever she needs to go potty or just wants to sit outside. The problem is I can't get her to go back home. She hates being picked up (but only by me, my parents have no problem with that) and bites me - really hard too. She is super wary and picky when it comes to treats and she won't come and get it if I get too close to the door (even if I back out there slowly). The only thing that kinda works (for now) is grabbing a collar snd leash, then she lets me pick her up or lead her home after a small walk around. But the leash is gone now and no one knows where it is. Sometimes she comes back home on her own, but usually it's a huge problem to get her back, especially if I'm about to go to sleep or go to uni (she can spend an hour outside in 5°C, I know it's bad for her, but she just won't come home). My parents usually have no problem with getting her back (unless she escapes under a car or bushes) and she comes to them when called. My parents won't take her to behaviorist (because it costs money and they have no problem with her) and my father has a problem with me, because I can't get her back home without a problem like he can. I'm looking for both long AND short term advice what to do with her, because I feel like crying every time I have to let her out.
