I am mute/unable to speak and want to play but don’t know if I can.

I want to play DnD but feel like it’s not allowed and I don’t want to make playing harder for anyone. If anyone can come up with or give assistance in coming up with a plan on how I could go about playing. I apologize in advance if I’m asking in the wrong place, I just didn’t know where else to ask. Help and criticism are appreciated.
