Scared of being banned
I have not been banned, nor had received any warnings whatsoever. But I am scared I might get.
I've had distrokid for about a year.
So we do a lot of improvisation, context:
A. 50% of our songs are gospel with voice and instrument improvisation, from 3-6 minutes length in average. (Most of them sounds either chorale chants or worship folk/gospel/soul in spanish or latin)
B. 45% is worship rap or rock, in the same fashion, recorded impovisation with improvised instruments backing
C. The remainder is a mix of some spoken word discourses, and an audiobook (100% by us, unpublished by all means) [which they allowed by the way]
D. Our purpose is not monetary, we just thought it was a cool way we (our congregation) could all tune in the worship songs we love easily, we basically get about 300 streams a day, and we have earned about $4.00 in total this year.
Thing is we had about 400 recorded songs dating back several years, and I uploaded half of them in a month split in several albums.
Should I start looking for a new distributor?
