What do I need to know about Disney? Traveling with 3 kids 4-9. 4 days at Disney 3 days at coco beach

What do I need to buy and bring. Park deals, lightning passes, magic bands, meal plans, etc. we aren’t staying at a Disney resort but very near the park.
