Game won't Load (PC)

I've been getting this error message for the past hour. My internet connection is fine so I've not idea what the issue is. Tried Scan/Repair. Restarting the B.net client. Nothig fixes.

(Edit: May be related to a patch that went out to mobile but didn't hit PC correctly?)

(Edit 2 FIXED FOR ME: I uninstalled and reinstalled and whatever download it was trying to send resolved itself, for now at least.)
