New cutting board from Boardsmith has a small hole. Is this normal?
After waiting for about 10 weeks to receive my maple end grain cutting board from Boardsmith. I open the box to find a small hole at the top of my cutting board. The hole is not big but when spending $360, I expected the whole board to be smooth without a small divot. I want to know if I am over reacting here, and if this is normal for this type of wood, or if I should reach out to customer service
