Best off-ramps for the next year?

As this bull run excitement builds I have deeply planned my sale strategy but am just starting to think about optimizing sale fees via platforms used. Of course the differences here are tiny in % compared to the gains we are seeing so this should almost never inform timing or amount of sales but if I can save 1% that would still be great.

I am flexible on platform as the majority of my holdings are in my own wallet currently of course. Some things I have seen:

Coinbase one removes fees for the first $10k USD each month but still takes spread. There is a free trial, $30 per month or $60 for the year. This seems great if you are hitting this cap as it seems to save ~$180 per $10k. Are there other platforms that offer something like this or better?

Another seemingly decent option is using Binance where they claim to have 0 fees (but probably still take spread) between btc and a few stablecoins. If you don't need to spend the cash and intend on buying back in then this is a good option. Unfortunately for me Binance is leaving my state (in the US) at the end of November so I can't use this. Do other exchanges do the same thing?

I suppose dex fees of around 0.3% would be a good bit lower than major exchange fees but that's only really relevant in excess of 10k per month if you use Coinbase one.

Hopefully some of this information is helpful and please let me know where I am missing opportunities here. Thanks!
