You guys should get the Yuka App
It's free to use but I pay them because I like what they do. You can scan barcodes and it gives you a detailed breakdown of all the ingrediants and additives and thier associated risks. I don't agree with EVERY determination they make, but with the breakdown of all the additives I can make my own judgement calls. It works for food and beauty products, and saves me tons of time at the store trying to find decent affordable options. The premium version is on a sliding scale so you pick how much you want to pay them yearly, and you can search for things (I believe thats the only premium feature).
