Lost 6k points by ugrading to Regalia Gold from Millenia

In Millenia the points would have been worth 6k Rupees, but now in Regalia Gold it's not even close. I did not know the points transfer is done in this way, I should have redeemed the points before converting to regalia gold.

I wonder, can I downgrade the card to Millenia again now?
