Bltouch trouble on ender 6

Hey guys, I have an ender 6 3d printer, I recently bought a bltouch to do some auto levelling to improve print quality.

I installed the firmware in the way creality prescribes, download firmware onto sd card, put sd card in printer, turn printer on and wait as it installs the firmware. After this everything worked fine, red LED shining on the BLtouch and it clicks twice to indicate all is well. However after removing the sd card, deleting the firmware BIN file from sd card, putting sd card back in and booting the printer up again the bltouch is blinking red, indicating a problem.

Is there anyone who could help me find the issue so I can get to printing again?
