Help With Accessory

Looking to do a Hawkeye costume, and need to find some sort of shoulder/back strap like this with pouches attached. I basically want a backpack with no pack on the back, but I can’t find anything like this that has pouches like this. I haven’t decided if I’m going for the black/gray or the leather color on the second slide. If anyone could help me identify something that is similar to this at least I would be greatly appreciative. It does NOT need to have the quiver on the back, I can figure that out on my own.
